Ronald L. Haney, 61, of San Ramon, CA, formerly of Louisville, KY, passed away Friday, March 19 at his home in San Ramon. A U.S. Air Force Veteran, Ron served as Director of Operations at Otis Spunkmeyer, and had also worked many years in corporate management at Levi Strauss & Co. in San Francisco and The North Face in San Leandro. He graduated from The University of Louisville with both a B.A. in Finance and a Juris Doctor, and from Golden Gate University with an MBA. Ron enjoyed skiing, golfing, and his private pilot’s license. Ron was the son of the late Oscar Haney and the late Roberta B. Haney. Survivors include daughters Kristen L. Haney, of San Francisco, CA and Allison L. Haney, of San Ramon, CA; sister Deborah Haney Haering, of Louisville, KY; 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
